- Patient Education: Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding their medical condition, treatment options, and self-care instructions.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient interactions, including symptoms, nursing assessments, advice provided, and patient responses, in our electronic medical record system.
- Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, service, and respect for colleagues and patients.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure: Possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License.
- Experience: Prefer minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, or emergency setting.
- Skills: Familiarity with patient interaction on the telephone and previous triage experience highly preferred.
