Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in labeling and proper storage of items to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Support inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic inventory counting and record-keeping methods.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software such as Excel and Google Docs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds as needed.
  • Capability to be on your feet, bend, shift, pull, and carry items throughout your scheduled shift.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,000-$55,000 based on location and industry standards.
