This position plays a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that every RV meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect both the interior and exterior of RVs using a variety of cleaning agents and equipment to achieve a pristine finish.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and management to guarantee that our customers receive an RV that is immaculate and feels welcoming.
  • Adhere to established procedures to ensure that each RV is in optimal condition and ready for its next journey.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Department with various tasks as required and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dealership's lot and office areas.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow checklists to ensure quality outcomes are essential.
  • Capability to work at heights on RVs and the physical ability to lift, push, or pull weights ranging from 30 to 50 pounds.
