As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support for their YardView software.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computing technologies, including PC usage, Windows, application configuration settings, and productivity software. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is also essential, with experience in SQL, XML, and HTML being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize our proprietary mapping tool to optimize customer configurations and ensure seamless support.
  • Analyze job-specific system processes and features, providing recommendations to enhance the user experience.
  • Facilitate site updates by supporting basic configurations and setups.
  • Update configurations in existing customer sites as needed to enhance functionality and improve user satisfaction.
  • Verify the functionality of all system components after code updates.
