We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support for all internal and external sales efforts on all Transamerica product lines.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with home office departments, wholesalers, and divisional vice presidents to effectively service and support financial partners.
  • Assist with the fulfillment of marketing materials, supplies, and mailing campaigns.
  • Provide pre- and post-sale business resolution and follow-up with the wholesaling team.
  • Facilitate timely divisional and channel sales reporting.
  • Update and maintain information in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and functionality.
