Job Description

Konecranes is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing customer inspections and preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete customer inspections and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Identify and resolve maintenance and repair issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree in Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in crane service or related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
