Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring seamless resident experiences, and promoting a positive community environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Management: Ensure resident files and Yardi data are accurately maintained, and all compliance requirements are met.
  • Property Operations: Handle marketing and advertising for vacancies, manage office supply inventory, and work closely with Resident Services to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Financial Management: Accurately account for petty cash, prepare deposits for banking, and manage account receivables.
  • Human Resources: Oversee a team of employees, provide training and evaluations, and maintain accurate payroll records.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, with experience in Tax Credit and Section 8 voucher management.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, strong leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with Yardi property management accounting software expertise.
