The city offers excellent housing options, secure neighborhoods, and some of the finest educational institutions in the state. Additionally, it is home to a prestigious university, recognized nationally for its academic excellence.
Facility: A distinguished Community/Teaching Hospital located in Upstate New York, part of one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the nation. The medical team consists of over 300 physicians, providing a comprehensive array of specialty services.
Opportunity: We have openings for Daytime Hospitalists. The hospitalist team operates on a 7on/7off schedule with 12-hour shifts. The ICU is open, with around-the-clock Intensivist coverage, and responsibilities will include admissions to the ICU only. No procedural tasks are required. Current patient loads range from 16 to 18 per shift. Dedicated Nocturnists are available, eliminating night shifts. Support from Advanced Practice Clinicians is provided. Teaching opportunities for Residents are available, should it be of interest.
Compensation: Competitive annual salary of $300,000. Performance-based bonuses are available for additional earnings. The benefits package is comprehensive, including relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus. H1 Visa Sponsorship is also offered.
