This mainly remote position involves developing and implementing a recruitment strategy that delivers quality candidates. The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers/directors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that delivers quality candidates.
  • Serve as an employee advocate for new hires and established employees.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards.

About You:
  • You bring 3+ years' experience recruiting healthcare clinicians.
  • You have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
  • You have familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems.
