Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Evergreen Woods, a leading provider of senior living communities. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on resident care, including administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Four-year college or university degree in nursing or a related field.
- Two years of experience in a similar healthcare position, preferably in skilled nursing.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing conditions.
