The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled IT SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in our Chaska, MN facility and will be responsible for supporting, analyzing, and improving systems and business processes across multiple areas, including our global label management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly support business and system processes across the environment, with a focus on warehouse, logistics, procurement, quality, and manufacturing processes.
  • Liaise with business teams and IT teams to maintain, create, and improve global print programs and labeling processes.
  • Build and maintain documentation of requirements and solutions.
  • Liaise with functional COEs to prioritize and assess business requests and manage prioritization queues.
  • Configure and implement IT solutions, including the development of test plans and error resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience in an SAP Manufacturing environment, involved in business problem/process analysis, requirements gathering, and project support.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience in configuration and problem resolution, and involvement in global label management preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
