VIP Host

At Sevenwinds Casino, Lodge and Conference Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Host to join our team. As a VIP Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our high-end guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

• Develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests through personalized interactions and tailored experiences.
• Utilize upscale sales techniques to invite guests to participate in casino promotions and special events.
• Stay up-to-date on all casino promotions and events to provide guests with the best possible experience.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a cohesive and high-end experience for guests.
• Establish and lead VIP events, both on and off property, to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
• Handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a hospitality-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a guest service capacity, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think independently and make decisions to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems.
• Exceptional guest service skills and a systematic and process-oriented mindset.
