This includes critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, generators, parking areas, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement new facility constructions and relocations according to the established project framework.

• Engage and coordinate with professionals and specialized vendors for necessary repairs.

• Act as a liaison for local, state, and federal building inspectors to ensure compliance with regulations and ordinances.

• Maintain a secure environment for all personnel, ensuring adequate lighting, signage, and accessibility.

• Guarantee that occupants and tenants receive essential utilities.

• Address and resolve issues and requests from building tenants and employees in a professional manner.

• Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify signs of damage or wear.

• Manage repairs and maintenance to fulfill tenant contractual obligations.

• Uphold facility standards in line with GHG policies.

• Oversee the organization of building space allocation and layout, including seating arrangements and modifications.

• Maintain emergency layouts for all facilities.

• Collaborate closely with departments such as legal, IT, HR, finance, safety, privacy, and compliance as necessary.

• Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to performance standards and verify timely completion of repairs and maintenance.

• Oversee the parking management program across all facilities.

• Keep accurate facility-related information, including addresses, lease terms, and vendor contacts.

• Facilitate the management of physical security measures with IT, including access control systems, security alarms, and surveillance systems.

• Coordinate and manage office and kitchen supplies across all locations.

• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all generators.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in property management and maintenance or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with organizations operating across multiple locations and states.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel between various properties.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA safety standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
