About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at British Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children and adults, starting from 3-months old, following our gentle, fun, and progressive aquatics program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and program standards, maintaining certifications throughout employment.
  • Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Interact with swimmers, parents, and/or guardians, providing a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.
  • Enthusiastic personality and comfortable in and around the water.
  • Strong swimming skills are a plus, but can be taught and developed.
  • Must maintain certifications throughout the length of employment and complete all required British Swim School Aquatics-specific training and testing.
