Dental Assistant I

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant I to join our team at our Marysville Dental Clinic.
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our dental providers in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Dental Assistant I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, assisting with dental procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist dental providers with patient care, including preparing patients for procedures, taking vital signs, and providing post-procedure instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting and documentation.
- Participate in scheduling appointments, registering patients, and managing clinic workflow.
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures are followed in all clinic areas.
- Collaborate with dental providers and other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Valid Washington State Dental Assistant license.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dental assisting education or experience.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Sea Mar Community Health Centers offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.69 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
