Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless move-ins and high-quality customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Create and execute community engagement initiatives to build relationships with local schools, businesses, charities, and other organizations.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through Google reviews and other digital channels.
- Lead and coordinate regular marketing events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure all administrative duties are completed efficiently and effectively, including petty cash management and record-keeping.
