Job Title: Direct Care Supervisor

Senior Life Resources is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our Home Care Providers, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Home Care Providers, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Oversee client assignments, service scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure successful service delivery, address service issues, and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with on-call duties and provide emergency client services when needed.
  • Uphold agency mission, policies, and service standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate leadership in safety and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of Home Care or customer service experience.
  • 1+ year of office experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must meet additional certification requirements (CNA or WA State Home Care Aide training).
