Job Overview

We are in search of a diligent and skilled Culinary Steward to enhance our dedicated team of service professionals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and more through both machine and manual cleaning techniques.
  • Oversee the daily upkeep of equipment and tools essential for job performance.
  • Care for the establishment's china, glassware, silverware, cooking tools, and other service items.
  • Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience of three months in a similar role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the primary language(s) utilized in the workplace.
  • Capacity to remain on your feet and attentive for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
  • Willingness to work in elevated temperatures and wet conditions.
  • Continuous use of hands and arms, along with frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
