Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Interim HealthCare is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Home Health SLP, you will provide personalized speech therapy to patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a significant impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide home-based speech therapy to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, safety practices, and self-care
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology and active SLP license in Colorado
  • Minimum of one year of speech therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare
  • CPR Certification and ability to pass a background check and drug test
