Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Interim HealthCare is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide home-based speech therapy to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and ensure patient goals are met
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, safety practices, and self-care
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology and active SLP license in Colorado
  • Minimum of one year of speech therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare
  • CPR Certification
  • Pass a background check and drug test
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
