Genesis HealthCare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care
Collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines to ensure seamless patient care
Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
