LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Signature HealthCARE LLC. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Supervise and direct the activities of Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient independence and well-being.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and make recommendations for care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote patient safety and satisfaction.
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Active CPR certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
