### Job Title: Transportation Aide

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Aide to join our team at Signature HealthCARE. As a Transportation Aide, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to appointments, community events, and other destinations. You will also work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.

### Key Responsibilities

* Transport residents to appointments, community events, and other destinations
* Confirm doctors' appointments for residents
* Notify family members of arrangements regarding appointments
* Monitor daily documentation and filing
* Perform other duties as assigned

### Requirements

* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* Current/active CPR certification
* Valid State Driver's License with no more than 3 entries
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
