PDR Technical Trainer

Dent Wizard is seeking a highly skilled PDR Technical Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive skill training and knowledge transfer to our technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training courses to ensure technicians have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Coach and mentor technicians to improve their performance and address technical questions or concerns.
- Author weekly progress reports to keep trainee supervisors informed.
- Maintain operation's manuals and ensure use of the most current information.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of training areas and facilities.
- Assemble new technician manuals and wheel kits as necessary.
- Order new training aids as needed.
- Foster a safe, positive, and equitable working environment.
- Manage inventory pulled for demonstration and practice during classes.
- Create itemized lists of tools for technicians receiving a new start-up set.
- Schedule trainee transportation to and from facilities and classes.
- Return phone calls, emails, etc. within 24 hours.
- Follow Company procedures, policies, and protocols.
- Thorough understanding of Dent Wizard business and the organization.
- Completion of specialized training in at least one of the service courses offered.
- Knowledge of training processes and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in field reconditioning work.
- 2+ years of experience in field training.
- Excellent demonstration, presentation, and communication skills.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefit package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
