Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement medical surveillance programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct thorough health assessments and monitor employees' health status to identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to communicate findings and ensure timely interventions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of health and safety.
- Provide training and education to employees on occupational health and safety best practices.
- Conduct periodic occupational health exams, respirator medical certification, respirator fit testing, vision testing, audiometric testing, laboratory testing, initial medical qualification exams, and functional capacity exams.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in occupational health, nursing, medicine, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in occupational health, medical surveillance, or employee health monitoring is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
