Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Reception Specialist, your typical working hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 or 6:00 pm, depending on patient needs and meetings.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with patients, maintaining accurate clerical records, and collaborating with our team to ensure efficient patient flow. With a positive and professional demeanor, you will handle phone inquiries, respond to patient questions, and schedule appointments. Attention to detail is essential as you verify insurance coverage, obtain treatment authorizations, and process payments. You will also maintain a tidy and organized reception area and update patient records with the latest information. Additionally, you will support clinical tasks such as rooming patients and taking vital signs when needed. Your role is integral to our daily operations and the satisfaction of our patients.
