The Direct Support Professional will work closely with individuals to develop meaningful relationships and connections, providing daily support to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Main Tasks
- Teach tasks individuals may learn to do for themselves and assist with any tasks they cannot do for themselves.
- Supervise the medical, financial, social, and emotional needs of individuals served as well as the daily operations of the program.
- Provide daily support to individuals in their homes, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting independence.
