Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in PCU nursing and be able to provide excellent care to patients with a range of complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the PCU
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that patient needs are met
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in good standing
- At least 5 years of experience in PCU nursing, preferably in a progressive care unit setting
- Experience working with Epic EMR system
- Mastery of skills such as vital sign management, medication administration, and wound care
