Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Position to join our team at Eastern Upper Peninsula AppliTrack Consortium. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cleaning services for assigned buildings and areas, including classrooms, bathrooms, office spaces, and stairwells.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replenish paper and soap products as needed.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
  • Inspect areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Secure windows and doors, and remove webs and dust from ledges and railings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Custodian.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
