Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and supervise the execution of maintenance activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Direct and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and company engineers to modify or install equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems.
  • Obtain quotes for project work and prepare written project justifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and programs.
  • Instruct personnel on the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Implement ergonomic improvements within the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management Standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with special training or vocational school courses preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with experience in Anhydrous Ammonia, Mechanical Refrigeration, and High-Pressure Boiler maintenance and management preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including data entry and document creation.
  • Travel: 1-5 trips per year.
  • Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to supervise a team of personnel.
