**About the Role:**

The Office Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of Baltimore City Community College's Student Affairs department. This position requires a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide support for front-counter reception services, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document scanning.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, stapling, and preparing mailings.
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software applications (specifically MS Word and Excel).

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
