**About the Role:**

This Administrative Coordinator or Specialist position plays a vital role in supporting the financial, procurement, and human resources operations of our department. If you have a passion for administration and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Administer financial, procurement, and human resources functions for an administrative office or department.
  2. Maintain unit budgets and perform budget analysis and forecasting.
  3. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  4. Supervise support staff and coordinate unit operations.
  5. Develop and implement process improvements.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Three (3) years of related experience in human resources and business, budget, or financial operations.
