Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at White Construction. As a key member of our Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from lead phase to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate engineering studies and change order requests
  • Work with owners and clients on specifications and technical questions in planning stages
  • Manage QA/QC on projects and identify, research, and resolve contract disputes
  • Establish and maintain job cost control, review general conditions cost, and approve material and subcontract invoices
  • Issue change orders to subcontractors and initiate monthly progress payments to the Owner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of Solar or EPC construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
