Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

White Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our solar projects, working closely with our project managers and teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects from lead phase to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Work with owners and clients on specifications and technical questions in planning stages.
  • Coordinate with regional managers on status of projects and manage QA/QC on projects.
  • Identify, research, and resolve all contract disputes with the Owner.
  • Maintain prime contract with the Owner or Client and establish monthly billing procedure.
  • Review subcontractor's application for payment based on percent complete and approve or adjust.
  • Approve material and subcontract invoices for payment and issue change orders to subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of Solar or EPC construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
