Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise completion of various accounting functions
  • Assist with processing of accounts payable and receivable
  • Develop and implement a system for global expense tracking and improvement
  • Process reimbursements for staff and funded onsite projects
  • Communicate with property owners regarding status updates and project funding needs
  • Investigate and resolve issues with vendors and utility anomalies
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close
  • Filing of 1099s as needed
