We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Manager to lead our RPA solutions team. As a champion of automation, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 8 RPA engineers to implement automation projects across business functions, focusing on achieving ROI for each initiative.
- Program Governance: Ensure program deliverables align with governance and change management processes, best practices, and program priorities.
- Process Review: Lead end-to-end process review meetings to identify pain points and opportunities for simplification and standardization.
- Recommendations: Recommend improvements such as business process changes, system configurations, and RPA implementations to address upstream and downstream impacts.
- Testing Framework: Establish a comprehensive testing framework to validate automation solutions.
- RPA Solution Design: Lead the RPA team in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Business Collaboration: Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities, prioritize projects based on business needs and ROI, and integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and workflows.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in automation delivery, with 4+ years specifically in Automation Anywhere RPA platform.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technology stacks, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and related business applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Business Acumen: Ability to articulate and quantify the business value driven by automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable impact.
- Process Analysis: Strong Business & Process Analysis skills, identifying opportunities for improvement to complement use of technology for a streamlined/optimized process.
- Generative AI: Working knowledge of Generative AI including basic prompt engineering.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and propose innovative process optimizations.
- Project Management: Experience in Project Management using Agile framework and change management.
- Fintech Experience: Experience in the Fintech industry is preferred.
- Competitive Salary: The estimated salary range for this role is $156,900—$188,300 USD.
