Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Industrial Quality Assurance to lead a dedicated team of Industrialization Quality Leads (IQLs) in the region. This key role involves overseeing the industrialization and quality assurance functions, guaranteeing that our products adhere to the highest standards of quality and dependability. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and extensive knowledge of industrialization processes, quality management systems, and Agile methodologies such as SAFe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage a team of Industrialization Quality Leads (IQLs) to ensure seamless coordination and execution of quality and safety objectives across all product launches.
  • Implement the 10 Quality Fundamentals for Industrialization to guarantee that all product launches comply with established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the development of the Part Product Evaluation Plan (PPEP) to identify and formalize the qualification criteria necessary for suppliers to meet product specifications.
  • Enhance team capabilities: Coach and mentor squads to elevate quality deliverables, ensuring they meet market demands without compromising quality. Solely responsible for upskilling IQLs within the team.
  • Ensure that all new product development projects have the necessary deliverables completed to maintain quality, reliability, and safety prior to product launch.
Scope of Work
  • Focus on Power Products, including Medium Voltage and ASCO offerings manufactured and/or sold in North America. This role will primarily oversee new product development projects within that region.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrialization, quality assurance, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, Industrialization Quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ, ISO) is advantageous.
