Position Overview:

The Web Developer will leverage their expertise and extensive knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to enhance our development team. This role demands a strong dedication to building high-performance web applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and sustain scalable web applications and services.
  • Incorporate AI and machine learning models into web solutions.
  • Enhance applications for optimal speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design concepts into operational web applications.
  • Oversee the complete development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
  • Ensure compliance of all web applications with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay informed about the latest best practices in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
  • Strong command of JavaScript and front-end technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Proven experience in integrating AI and machine learning technologies into web applications.
  • Familiarity with database design and management using MongoDB.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated history of successful website development.

Work Environment:

This role involves close collaboration with fellow web developers, coders, and the digital marketing team. It typically requires working in an office setting and may involve occasional travel for industry events or team gatherings.
