About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at Swell Health. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies, including TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of the software and its functionality.
  • Identify and address technical debt, ensuring that the software is efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure that the code meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with experience in cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and scalability principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
