**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team at GS Precision Inc. in Brattleboro, VT, or Keene, NH.

**About the Role:**

This position is responsible for operating machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures, assembling components accurately and efficiently to meet production targets, and conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred but not required
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

**Estimated Salary Range:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
