  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards for safety and quality.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with production staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (agriculture, animal science, or business) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in plant operations, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
