We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Deployment Specialist to join our team at GovCIO in San Francisco, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining telecommunications systems, including video conferencing services and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and maintain telecommunications systems, including video conferencing services and network infrastructure.
  • Conduct site surveys and collaborate with clients, construction crew members, utility company personnel, and other departmental teams.
  • Install, move, and modify telecommunications equipment according to job specifications, standards, and procedures.
  • Diagnostics and repair of equipment malfunctions, maintaining and repairing telecommunications systems and equipment according to manufacturer recommendations and specifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years of experience (or commensurate experience).
  • Understanding of the purpose and experience with technologies such as Cisco IP audio and video endpoints, Broadsoft Cloud, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Avaya, Polycom, Solarwinds, Splunk, CyberArk, ICAM/SOA/Certificates, InfoBlox/Akamai, SIP routing, dial pattern and number translations, E.164 routing, PRI, and standards-based codecs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CCNA certification or above.
  • Able to obtain and hold a public trust clearance.

Benefits

GovCIO offers a competitive salary range: $70,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on individual factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. We also offer other compensation elements, which will be discussed during the hiring process.
