Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a range of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and dairy products for service
- Follow recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and meet customer needs
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and inventory management
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends
