Job Description:

At Regions Bank, we are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker I to join our team. As a Relationship Banker I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a consistent and optimal customer experience on the cash line, handling transactions and answering customer inquiries.
  • Develop relationships with customers, staying informed about their banking needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers on digital banking solutions, such as mobile and online banking, to enhance their financial wellness.
  • Assist branch and fellow team members with tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with meeting their financial needs.
  • Refer customers to internal experts when more complex financial goals and needs are recognized.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use a computer and typing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of banking, cash-handling, or customer service experience.
  • Skills in digital banking and customer relationship management.
