Position Summary

We are seeking a Service Operations Manager who possesses exceptional communication skills and a strong background in customer relations. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of automotive parts and service processes.

In our dynamic automotive service center, each day presents new challenges. You will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including customer engagement, parts management, technician coordination, and overseeing overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all repair and maintenance tasks are executed promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and customer service practices.
  • Manage the daily functions of the service department effectively.
  • Coordinate the flow of service department documentation, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance logs.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as an automotive service writer or advisor is essential; experience in a managerial role is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of automotive technology, service technician responsibilities, and repair services is required.
