Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot Computer Hardware and Software: Identify and resolve problems with computer systems and software.
  • Maintain Network Equipment: Ensure the effective operation of Quaker's network equipment and systems.
  • Install Network Cabling and Equipment: Install network cabling and equipment in new and existing buildings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Basic Knowledge of Internet Security and Data Privacy Principles: Understanding of security best practices to protect Quaker's data.
