Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and plan complex projects from initiation to completion, applying new and emerging web technologies to transform and optimize business and operating models.
  • Lead teams in efforts to solution rich and compelling interfaces using frameworks like Angular, Bootstrap, and establish a resource of reusable components for team consumption and enterprise consumption.
  • Drive improvement initiatives by eliciting business process details from client areas to improve overall architecture and application framework of the hosted team using reusable services and emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • Research and identify emerging technologies impacting the business Intelligence layer to ensure integration services are being prioritized and developed that create program and agency efficiencies and improvements.
Requirements
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication, or a related field.
  • Four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology, and/or domain.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power platform.
  • Knowledge of Azure Function App.
  • Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and government social benefits programs industry standards in project management.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with System Integrator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of New York City agency and executive operations and procedures.
  • Business analysis experience to include data flow diagrams, requirements specifications, use case.
