Key Responsibilities

  • Post-Sale Support: Function as a primary point of contact for post-sale activities, ensuring seamless customer experience and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Warranty and Subscription Management: Collaborate with the Sales Team to manage warranties and subscriptions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customer support.
  • Customer Metrics and KPIs: Monitor and report on customer metrics and KPIs, providing valuable insights to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Feature Updates and Feedback: Proactively reach out to customers for feature updates and feedback, ensuring our products and solutions meet their evolving needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve existing processes and systems to enhance outreach to customers, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: BS degree in a relevant technical discipline and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment to accomplish customer deliveries and collaborating with a team.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the Defense industry is highly favorable, but relevant experience working in other industries is also favorable.
