About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing, assessing, planning, and evaluating care for patients with acute and/or chronic cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities in collaboration with the rest of the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and assess patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Perform basic computer skills including retrieving patient information, billing, data base management, and editing patient data
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on respiratory care and disease management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or Two year technical program - Associate Degree in Respiratory Care or a combination of education and directly related work experience
  • Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
  • Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
