Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

Access Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Everett, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and peak flow measurements.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Valid state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
